These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OmniAlera Technologies Holdings Inc. By using this platform you agree to these terms.
MentorNaijaHealthInsuranceIntel AI is operated by OmniAlera Technologies Holdings Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. IMPORTANT: We are a comparison and referral platform — not an insurance company, an HMO, or an insurance broker. We do not underwrite insurance policies. The insurance plans you enroll in are provided by NHIA-accredited Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs), not by OmniAlera Technologies.
To use this Platform you must be: • At least 18 years of age • A Nigerian citizen or resident, or a non-resident with family in Nigeria • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Nigerian law • Using the Platform for personal, family, or business purposes — not for competitive intelligence gathering
Our AI-powered plan recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, medical advice, or insurance advice. You should independently verify all plan details with the relevant HMO before enrolling. The accuracy of recommendations depends on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. HMO premiums and benefits change frequently. Always confirm current pricing and coverage directly with the HMO before completing enrollment.
When you enroll through this Platform: • We facilitate the enrollment process and transmit your details to the chosen HMO • Payment is processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor • Your insurance contract is directly between you and the HMO — we are not a party to it • The HMO is solely responsible for delivering coverage, processing claims, and maintaining hospital networks • Your e-card and policy documents are generated upon confirmed payment • Refund requests must be directed to the relevant HMO per their refund policy We earn a referral commission from HMOs when you successfully enroll through our Platform. This commission does not affect the premium you pay — you pay the same price you would pay directly to the HMO.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account • You must notify us immediately at support@mentornaijahealth.com of any unauthorised use • You may not share your account with other individuals • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms
By submitting a review or any content to the Platform: • You confirm the review is based on your genuine experience with the named HMO • You confirm you are or were enrolled with the HMO you are reviewing • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on the Platform • You must not submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines
You must not use this Platform to: • Submit false or misleading information in the plan finder quiz or enrollment form • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract HMO data for use in competing services • Impersonate any person or organisation • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls • Use automated bots or scrapers to interact with the Platform • Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings • Engage in any activity that violates Nigerian law
All content on this Platform — including the AI recommendation engine, glassmorphic design system, Claims Intelligence Score, Doctor-curated Hospital Tiers, HMO comparison data, and platform code — is the intellectual property of OmniAlera Technologies Holdings Inc. and is protected by copyright and applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law: • We are not liable for any insurance claims disputes between you and an HMO • We are not liable for inaccuracies in HMO plan data caused by HMOs changing their products without notice • We are not liable for AI recommendation errors caused by inaccurate information you provided • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the commission we received from your enrollment Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first at support@mentornaijahealth.com to resolve any issues informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
